If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This page outlines our returns and refunds policy for customers.
You have thirty calendar days to return your product(s) if you are not satisfied with it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it in. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and proof of purchase must be accessible.
Once we receive your item, it will inspected to determine whether it is eligible for a return/refund. You will be notified when we receive your return and when it has been inspected. If your return is approved the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment (the time to receive the refund is dependant on the original method of payment used to make the purchase).
You are responsible for your own shipping when returning an item(s). If your return is successful the shipping amount will be added on to the amount refunded.
